What do you need from our gym or studio to set up?
We typically need a 20x20 ft open parking area, access to a standard power outlet and a stable, flat surface. We’ll confirm layout details on a quick call before your event, so setup is seamless and doesn’t disrupt classes.
Is the almost free trial no cost?
No. For qualifying local gyms and studios within our service radius, the first 55-minute Photo Bike 360 activation is $99. There are no hidden fees or obligations — we just ask that you check our schedule and prepay. Be sure to speak with us when we call or SMS. You'll want your 55min time slot on our calendar. Consider when your members are likely to arrive at our partner gym location.
How long does each 360° session take per member?
Clips take 10 seconds per member, including a short briefing, the ride and instant delivery. This allows a steady flow of members to participate without backing up the line transitions.
Can we add our logo and branding to the videos?
(Not with 99 trial events.) We can add your logo, colors and social handle to all clips, so every share promotes your brand. For recurring events we can also create custom templates tailored to specific challenges or programs. (7 day turn around)
What if our members aren’t very active on social media?
Even if they don’t post, they still get a memorable experience and a high-quality clip. Many gyms also reuse the footage for their own reels, ads and website content — with members’ permission, of course.
